The project proposal of the development Plan, based on the provisions of the general land use plan, has the main purpose of responding to the needs of the community of Valliera, reaching a current standard of quality for the entire urban fraction by creating a new district that satisfies the request, as well as settlements, including spaces and shopping facilities and public spaces and aggregation service, such as a square, the civic centre, parking lots, green areas, etc., always placing great attention to issues related to the containment of energy and preservation of buildings from the plumber point of view. The public park was designed and distributed in part as avenues, tree wings, and a system of pedestrian and cycle paths that bring together the different areas of the district, partly in areas designed for recreational and sports activities, easily accessible from the public parking. The parking spaces were located in a uniform manner within the area, emphasizing on residents stopping and in a functional position for public facilities and accommodation. The new road will connect the main roads to ensure a smooth movement within the district, with the construction of a roundabout in place of T intersection provided on the regional road. The square is equipped with furniture and a lighting system for night able to qualify from an architectural point of view and everyday use, functional to broad potential uses for extemporaneous events, from outdoor projections to marketplace. It takes the meaning of the place of urban centrality, as around it will develop the business, tertiary, accommodation and public in general. The Civic Centre, on two floors, will contain, in addition to meeting with the related services and a warehouse, places to be allocated to the library, offices, meeting rooms, offices associative clinics. |
