BUILDING
The project of restoration of Barchessa Bragato (ex Soranzo Crotta) was born from a careful evaluation of the factual side in conditions of heavy and widespread damage, and the idea of reuse of the noble structure located near the medieval walls of the city Piove di Sacco.
Sources and bases of this will have been the observation and respect for history and art contained in the sphere of the Barchessa , and the relationship with the territory that it already had in the past but which could still come back to build, based on thrusts not only economic but also political and dynastic, that, once completed restoration, could play crucial roles in human and social growth of the territory.
A vision made inattentive by the practice often leads to the risk of inappropriate or at least incomplete assessment of reality. However difficult, this reductive attitude could only be reserved to this building, both were still perceptible in its context, technical talent, history and art, characters that have driven the idea of restoration, that it could no longer limited to a refund due while historical and aesthetic, but aim to the return back into the city network of relationships.
This was achieved through a purpose that mention the Barchessa to be focus of current and diversified interest, entering a restaurant highly qualified, a comprehensive directional unit, a conference hall and a residential unit already present historically.
